It looks like the 1.5.0 dedicated server, has broken RCON some how. It isn't a PALA thing or something I can fix on my side (that I am aware of anyway at this time). Odds are, we're going to have to wait for an official patch to fix the problem.

Hey there. You would go into the RAT settings: and set the Server Path to your current game. Then click the Import serverconfig.xml button. Then navigate to your existing serverconfig.xml file and select it. All of those settings will be imported into RAT.
