File transfers now available within TeamSpeak

You can now transfer files in TS. Basically if you need to swap a file with someone, you can. Keep in mind, anyone (JFF members only), can download the file as well, so it's not private. You can delete the file after the other person grabs it however. Entirely up to you all if you use it, but it's there if you need it!

Oh I had no use for it yet, just wanted to make sure that you wouldn't be dinged with a higher bill if it was there and exceeded.
