[Waiting for User] Vote claim not always working - thoughts

I have some users where the vote claim is hit or miss. I read a few threads on here about it and maybe RAT is unable to connect to the API.

What happens is that it says you have something on the way but nothing arrives. At that point they cannot use the !claim again.

May I suggest (if possible) to include some acknowledgement code to not nullify a request that was not rewarded. The only fear I have of that is someone typing !claim a bunch of times in a row to try to cheat the system into giving multiple claims in a day. I guess the logfile can show me who is cheating. But a thought to how it could cross impact the modification

A couple things.

I would remove the link you have. Links aren't clickable in the game chat so that is useless. Maybe something like this 7 Days To Die Server List | 7 Days To Die Multiplayer Servers.

Also, did you setup a vote bag in the grab bag editor?? Make sure that none of the items are red, as that means that are not valid.
