Unable to detect Alloc's Server Fixes

I am trying to use 7DtD RAT for the first time and the Telnet is Green but Alloc's Fixes is red. Is this a common issue anyone can help with please? Alloc's fixes is installed into the Mods folder on my dedicated server.

Make sure that you also install the BCM mod as well. It is required for RAT to work. You will not get any green lights for BCM or Allocs, until BCM is installed and working.
