Hello, i have searched the forums and not found an answer to my question.

Can i run multiple instances of RAT, one being on the primary machine running the 7DTD server and another instance of RAT on a PC that is on the same network? And be able to access the one 7DTD server.

The reason i would like this option is due to my server being forced into the resolution of 1024x768 and not being able to go higher makes the event viewer look like this.

1212

It should be possible, but not recommended.

You basically want all the server settings (backups, restarts and such) to happen on the machine that is hosting RAT and you want the events and such to be on the machine you play on??

I want to be able to edit the events and create new ones on the computer i play on, since the resolution is not an issue and i can actually see the menus.

i dont know why i dident think of this, but can we use RAT and not have it connected to anything, create events and export them, then import them into the RAT that is running the game?

If your players have accrued currency, then they would lose it. Along with their teleport locations.

Yes, you can do this. You'd have to export and import each event you change at at time, but there's no reason you can't use the import/export event functions to do it. =)
