i did a fresh install of rat because after a rat crash, i wasnt able to make it work, but since then, i cant do backup, i selected a save location, see old backup from 3 days ago, i do manually a backup, say backup done, but when i look in my save directory, there's no backup.zip, keep last 5 backup is check, any idea?

On the console tab, click the dropdown and change it to "RAT Logs", you should see the reason why there. If it doesn't make sense, please paste me the error and I'll see what I can do.
there were no error in rat log, i restarted my pc and everything went back to normal except one, thing, when i started the server, everything was fine, entering 7days game, in my server list, my server appeared 10 time with différant ip, but with the same game info: day hour and diff map name etc,why? also, sometime rat manager crash , file get corrupt and i need to reinstall the manager,
I'm glad things are mostly working for you now. It sounds like something outside of RAT is the problem, like maybe a corrupt .NET framework installation or something along those lines. RAT shouldn't (and doesn't really), corrupt and you shouldn't need to reinstall because of it. I'd probably be looking into the Windows Event Viewer and see if you can find something else that is happening on your system that might be causing errors in general.
