Its a bug, but I did not have the time to get this fixed for this release. Hopefully it'll make it into next release.
When A18 hits, yes. =) I've just had a lot going on lately (my dad passed away, work changes, etc), so I haven't had a lot of time to dedicate to RAT.
The log is omitted for the following and the coordinates are not known.

What exactly are you looking for? The players exact position is: 1521.9, 62.1, 3067.3 Although how someone is connected without an ID or steamID/IP, etc... I have no idea. Unless they aren't fully logged into the game yet, but even then I'd think IP should be populated.
But, if I know exactly what information you are looking for, I'll be better able to help.
I want to output the player's name, steamID and coordinates on a regular basis.
log output changed in 2.040 does not include player name, steamID and coordinates.
When it was output with the Log export filter before the log output contents were changed, the name, steamID and coordinates could also be output.
