Well, I did then too, but now, I've setup a server and linked the website to it, etc.
Where to get it
In order to use the Discord server, you'll need to go to www.discordapp.com and download the desktop client. You can use the web client, but there are... weirdness that sucks to deal with using it. Like you have to be on the tab for it to work, etc.
Linking your JFF and Discord account for server access
Anyway, create an account there, download it and once that's done, go to this link, scroll to the bottom and link your Discord account with your JFF account. This will then automatically set your permissions when you join the Discord server.
Connecting
To connect, on the front page of the website, you'll now see (a work in process) widget on the right of the page. There's a Connect button there, that'll connect you.
