Didn't know anything about this game until I saw it in a Gameinformer and read the article and thought to myself this looks like a nice game. I started playing the open beta about midday Sat and most of Sun. Most likely be playing Kahlla (If the name is still not taken) a elf archer type.

I live in TX in between Dallas and Ft Worth. I love MMORPGs and have played most of them from WoW to DDO and Age of Conan to just name a few.
I cant wait till launch and look forward to seeing you all in game.
 
Mine as well, I had a girl friend whose family went here nearly EVERY Sunday! I did judge and compete in a lot of chili cook offs there.
 
Lived in Arlington, Dallas, Lewisville and finally Denton before moving North...welcome.

I moved from Denton in "98" The Flying Tomato hadn't burnt down yet and there was still an "open container" law so you could walk across the street from Rick's to Cool Beans with a full cup of beer, refill it and head down the block shoot some pool, refill your beer then head back up to the Tomato, grab a pizza and call it a night. One of the greatest neighborhoods I've known...that's saying something!

I was there at the same time. From 93 til 02 or 03.... Spent waaaaay too many nights down on Fry street. We lived within walking distance. :) If you've not been back since 98 I've some sad news.... It's all gone now. Cool Beans is still there and Lucky Lou's across the street... Everything else was knocked down and replaced by national chains and apartments. All the character that made it great is gone. Progress eh?
