Hi all, I'm Moxie. I'm 35, originally from East Tennessee but I've lived in Northern Virginia for about 8 years now. I work in IT and live with my husband and our 4 cats.

I've been playing MMOs for about 10 years. Started out with City of Heroes for a year, then WoW off and on(mostly on) for probably 7 years. Since then I've played nearly every major mmo and a lot of the minor/indie ones too. I fell in love with sandbox games when I started playing Wurm Online a few years back. It's probably the most realistic life simulation mmo out there, although it has it's issues. I'm sort of hoping to find a replacement for it in Archeage.

I've only been in the guild for a day but I've been very pleased with the experience I had on team speak so far. I'm looking toward to getting to know y'all!! :)
 
Hey hey and welcome to JFF!! It's good to see another IT worker here, there's quite a few of us I think. =) Also, cats rock, I have two of my own. It'll be good to have your husband here with us as well at release, looking forward to that too! Sandbox games are the best and I've loved them since Ultima Online, so I understand where you're coming from! AA isn't as sandbox as WURM I don't think (I barely played it), but it's a good mix of "traditional" MMOs and sandbox.

I'm really glad we didn't scare you off in TeamSpeak!!! ;)

Northern Virginia and IT, you don't work for the NSA do you?! Not that you could tell us if you do of course...:). Welcome aboard!
 
LOL, no, not the NSA. I am a contractor, but not for anything cool like that. Or uncool, depending on your point-of-view. ;)
