Can configure and start server using RAT however once it's started it won't shut the game down and no players who join are listed in RAT interface. It looks like it launches the game EXE but after that it can't communicate or manage the server.

This happens with just about all server managers i've tried so I'm sure it's on my end but I see no configuration points that need to be done for this functionality.

This sounds like the telnet connection isn't setup/working correctly. Without the Telnet connection RAT (and any server manager), can't do much. If you give me a screenshot, then I might be able to help. So a screenshot of the Remote, and the Local tab would be good.

I can work on getting a screenshot uploaded if needed. Using the default settings with 8081 port. Check enabled + password on Local.

Every minute or two I get an HTTP 400 error popping up.

Telnet light (bottom right) is green which is Odd if it isn't working I would think.

If the telnet light is green, it should be connected. But... bugs happen so...

Make sure the remote Telnet settings match the Local Telnet settings.

I think I fixed it... everything appears to be working. I changed the Telnet ports to something way up, opened those ports on my router (not sure why that would be needed since it's local.... But I was considering using CBSM so in that situation would need to anyway.

Long story short, with the new ports and/or opening them on my router it can connect locally and works great so far...

Good to hear! And yeah, it wouldn't have anything to do with opening the ports as it wouldn't be going outside, but... might have been a port already in use issue or a reserved port. =) Either way, glad it is working for you now.
