Where can i find a stable compatible version of RAT for alpha 18.4. I am asking for because the more later version of the 7dtd, more makes lagg the pc.

But if i run the server without RAT and alloc's mod & BAD manager mod. It runs a bit smoother

But laggs happens not at my machine but the player's machine.

That is likely your problem. It takes a lot of CPU and RAM to run a server and play on it.

The interesting thing is that, I do not feel any laggs while process. It's my connected clients (players) feels micro freezes. That is what the problem is.

for that i would say your upload speed is slow or clients dl may be iffy and you dont get that because you have a direct connection vs the other players

There's nothing to deal with internet speed. As i mentioned, my clients hasn't feel freezes before installing RAT and it's needed component mods. In the same internet speed. no lags i mean

@badplayer by chance did the bag tracking / logging get added in the end if so maybe that has something to do with it?
