Only one fuel cell can be active in a device bay at a time. The first fuel cell listed will be used to calculate your maximum fuel, any others are just wasting precious device space!
** Buyer Beware! ** Changing to another device bay will power down the Fuel Cell, completely depleting the fuel contained within, unless you change to another device bay with a Fuel Cell equal to or greater than the one being swapped out.

Device: Cremlin Bait
Description:
Someone bothering you? Trading at your favorite port? Why not infect a sector and let them deal with Cremlins for a while?
Use of this device is prohibited by the Federation, use it at your own risk!
Once deployed to a sector, after an undetermined amount of time Cremlin Bait will attract Cremlins and the sector will be infected.
After about 24 hours the bait will be fully consumed by the Cremlins and they will move elsewhere in the universe.
