Dedicated server not showing up for LAN

Not a huge issue, but my dedicated server, using RAT3 is working fine for the most part. It's posting on the global list and I can connect to it just fine.

The one thing I can't do is see it on my LAN, even though it is hosted locally (literally inches away from my gaming PC).

This wouldn't be a problem with RAT. However I've seen it before myself. Usually it'll fix itself after a while once the server has been up, etc. Also though, make sure the proper ports are open so that the server can talk to the server browser host. Meaning, I generally open up 26900-26904.

Hey Trekkan my server has been up for over a week now and my issue is similar. My server is running in the list people are on it rat is connected server commands working but my local server light is red and when i try to use keep alive it just triggers another server window to pop up then shut down. It doesn't effect my server running in the back ground its as if rat doesn't know its running so tries to start another server. Any ideas on what could be the issue? Thanks very much.

I figured it out. The executable name was set to my bat file not the 7DaysToDieServer.exe file so I changed that name and it instantly lit up the local light and my keep alive is now working hope this helps someone in the future.
