[Fixed] All RAT did not work

Close RAT
Go into %appdata%\Nomadsoft
Delete the 7d2d_rat_upgrade.db file
Restart RAT, you might see the installer popup, that's good (this assures that the upgrade file is written new). Install as normal.
See if that fixes the issue.

Ok, I looked at the database and it looks fine, the bug that was showing from before should be fixed. Can you please paste me the error message you are seeing now?

So, we fixed the initial error you reported with the variables. So now you're looking at different issues.
That being said, the error you're showing now, doesn't make sense as your database is fine and those settings are fine. Did you open the rat database in another editor/file reader? because if you do, that can cause issues or otherwise file locks, causing RAT to not be able to write to the database

I'm not sure what isn't working at this point? What do you mean by "rat don't work"? What doesn't work exactly? What are you trying to do and what happens? None of the errors you are pasting currently are an issue in that they would make RAT "not work".
Are you sure the bot is connecting correctly? The telnet light is green? Can you send a screenshot of RAT?
I'm looking at your database and the events, all of the commands you are referring to are using the "sayplayer" command. That command comes from Alloc's mod. Please make sure you have the latest version of Allocs, downloaded from here: Server fixes – 7 Days to Die - Linux Server Management
Also, what do you see in the console tab when someone types a command you are expecting to work?
