Added Twitch.TV integration with the website

JFF members can now add their Twitch.tv channels here at JFF. Click the Twitch.TV link in the main navigation at the top of the website to add your own channels.

Non-JFF members can view the channels, but not add their own.

One thing to note. If you're streaming live, it'll update to reflect that (screenshots, etc). If you're not currently streaming, it'll display the last thing you were streaming. So there should be some nice UI regardless (once you've streamed for the first time since you added your channel).

[MENTION=8]Alicia[/MENTION], this should be fixed for you now. Also, your channel name wasn't entered correctly, it is now and you can see the info appear. =)
