Teleport throwing an error every so often

Hi

Rat keeps giving me an error box every so often stating that teleport aborted on host machine? It had been working fine and now this happens every so often. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen and if it is something I can fix. Seems to happen mostly with people using their personal teleports which I have limited to 2 each.

The RAT log for today only shows this:
Unable to resolve IP: 144.48.36.84
Unable to resolve IP: 103.1.212.36

Are the lights green at the bottom?
 
It only happens every so often, its not a constant thing but when it does happen I get a window pop up with the error saying teleport aborted on host machine, soon as I close the error window the teleport works. However if i'm not sitting in front of the server manager, the teleport wont work until the error window is shut.

Hi, sorry for the delay, i think we are different time zone. I have typed bc-help in the RAT console tab and it does give me a list of help commands. Here are the screenshots you requested. The server settings tab is still on default settings as my server is remotely connected on ark server hosting its not a local server.

I have just had a go at getting the error to pop up again. I have teleports set to 5 min intervals, it seems that when a player trys to teleport again straight away the server message tells them they have to wait however many minutes and then it pops the error below. Teleports will not work again until I close off this box.

Ok, as a workaround disable the time limit and you can add a cooldown to the event itself.
