I was looking through the Forums and I was unable to locate any similar issues. In general, I am attempting to create a fresh server however as I go through the steps and all server files plus the Alloc fixes are installed, I see no indication of the world being generated. Currently I am at the "Wait" point, but typically there is information as to the status of the generation within the console. Sadly, there is nothing to display, so I am curious if there is a method to identify progress being made? I have been sitting on this screen for more than 24hrs and haven't seen a change. Let me know if there is any information that I can provide, this is very general at the moment. Screenshots attached:

*Edit* - Disregard... apparently I had the game folder off by a letter. All good now.

If you are using RAT to see the progress, the server technically isn't up.
So RAT can't connect to it.

What I do is generate the map on the client and move it over.

You should see the 7d2d game server terminal start up. That you don't, means, it isn't doing anything. Its hard to tell from the screenshots, but I can see that you're attempting to install the game server into program files, which is a protected windows folder. So it's possible windows UAC is getting in the way. I'd recommend installing on another drive (if you have one), as well as in its own folder, so like c:\7d2dserver or something like that.

I haven't see this issue before, so I can't really do more than shoot in the dark at this point. but you should have seen the steamCMD window open, the game server download, and then the game server start up and start building the world.
