There are a lot of things like this in the logs:
2024-05-07T22:34:07 382.009 ERR [Steamworks.NET] GameServer.LogOn timed out
2024-05-07T22:35:02 437.559 WRN [EOS] [LogEOS - Warning] Failed to connect to the backend. ServiceName=[SDKConfig], OperationName=[GetPlatformConfigRoute], Url=[<Redacted>]
2024-05-07T22:35:03 437.708 WRN [EOS] [LogEOS - Warning] SDK Config Platform Update Request Failed, Result Code: EOS_NoConnection, Retrying after 20.459608 seconds
And then the server shuts down. Not sure if you're the one shutting it down (I'm assuming you are). That being said, it doesn't look like inbound connections are the problem, the problem seems to be outbound connections. Make sure that your Windows firewall is allowing the outbound connections to the new dedicated server, etc.
So for, that's all I can really see, is that it doesn't connect to Steam, or EOS, etc.
