RAT Throwing Parser Exception

RAT is not detecting Alloc's or BCM in Alpha 18, both light are red and the 'Tools' Menu items all return "BCM must be loaded'. All the latest versions are loaded and confirmed. RAT did come up with an error regarding RAT.Parser_bcm had wrong permissions, it was something to do with .Net Framework:

OK, I decided to uninstall RAT and download again. It looks different, even thogh its the same version and I get the following error:

This looks like a database error. Uninstalling does not remove the database.

I'd recommend following the directions here: [DOC] - How to Completely (and cleanly) Uninstall RAT

You mostly only need to close RAT, follow the database delete section, restart RAT.

Of course, you'll lose your RAT settings this way. But you can always import your serverconfig.xml file and get the game server settings back. Always make a backup first! So grab your serverconfig.xml and make a copy somewhere safe.
