Player teleports

Hello i was needing some pointers for the player teleports.

now and then i git a player who claims to have no teleport available. i have noticed when it happens it will show teleports they have and teleports they have deleted but with no names just cords will still show up with !lt.

is there an xml for them i can edit them to fix? haven't found a way to really fix it yet other than wipeing all teleports in the Tools box.
