How to upgrade a player's skills?

I see options in RAT to buff & spawn but nothing to add skills. Am I missing something? I know this can be done using the bc-setskill command but a way directly through RAT would be much easier. Please tell me its right in front of me. I had to restore a player's data from a few days ago and would like to get him back up to where he should be.

There is not currently a way to set skills from within RAT. That is a more recent BCM add and I haven't had the time to implement a UI for it. Please post a feature request and I'll get it done. =)
