Hello,

at first big thanks for your awesome work. This is by far the best "controller" for 7DTD servers out there, especially with the event system now.

The problem is that I'm hosting a Windows vServer for it, and in my case it's for other things too, but I think a lot of people already use Linux-only environments for 7DTD, or at least have no graphical interface.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a headless build of this tool for dedicated servers? Maybe Linux compability would be possible through Mono, too, so it could run on Linux-only machines without graphics.

You could then use the GUI version you made for creating configuration files for the headless version (or even remote controlling it which maybe is a bit too much to ask for).

Regards,
Jonniboy

I considered this, at least aspects of it. But the largest issue is time. I'm not against it, and I'd LIKE to do it, but... until something changes where I have more time to work on RAT, splitting things up probably won't happen. Maybe RAT 2.0 or something though. But I agree, it would be nice and probably a better way to do things if I were to do it again.
