error allocs mods

when I start the server in console I have errors with allocs files to make 7D2D RAT work the latest version

I haven't seen that error myself. But the things I'd do are:

Make sure you are using the right version of Allocs for the version of the game server you are using.
Delete the allocs folders and reinstall the mod.
If that still fails, paste a screenshot of the contents of the Allocs folders themselves.
If we still can't help you, then you'll probably need to ask for support via whatever channels Alloc has for his mod.

Those screenshots look fine. Check your game server logs and see if there are errors related to Allocs when starting the game server.
