Is there a resource that lists all of the console commands and their proper usage? I can type "help" in the console and get the list of the BC commands and standard RAT commands but I have yet to figure out proper usage. Also, separate but slightly related question... I tried to set a teleport destination within RAT and it seems that the map coordinates in game do not coincide with the coordinate system in the server window.

EDIT: I realize now that I was trying to type commands in places OTHER than the F1 console in game. Now the main issue it RAT will not allow me to add myself as an admin. It simply will not populate the list under the "permissions" tab. I even edited the serveradmin.xml to include my SteamID and a permissions level of 1000 and it still denies me on pretty much all commands in the console. WTF, over.

Outside of typing "help <command name>" there isn't much. But that is usually enough.

Right click your player name in the player list, then Copy to Clipboard, then Position. That should give you the format you need for the teleport.

If you upgrade to RAT 1132, you'll be able to see yourself as an admin. The version you have actually does add you as an admin, but doesn't display it correctly.

Permission level 1000 is actually the "lowest" there is, level 0 is the "highest". Don't blame me, that's how they did it in the 7d2d server. ;)
 
0 is the highest and 1000 is the lowest, great I demoted myself. Thanks for the information, that helps! I'll also update my version so it shows admins properly. I had a feeling that was the issue there.

I'm not seeing RAT 1132 as a download option? I'm currently using V.0.12.8
