The easy way for that is to put the world folder in the data/worlds folder with the other default maps.
Where mine is for example
E:\7dtd A20.5DF\Data\Worlds\DFalls-XLarge1-NoCP

sure is :) in this part you can dupe the message then add a bc-give command. use the help menu to get the command as i cant remember it off the top of my head for the order of things xD
adding something like this should work
bc-give {player_steamid} itemname /c=1 /q=0
c= number of that item
q=...

to let others view the map is simple :) just make it look like this :) then edit the perm for what you want them to be able to see an what they can an cant do :)
Trekkan is the person that made the server manager for people to use to run 7dtd servers and that message is a default one like many others until the server owner changes it to their servers website.
here is one of the many default message that need changing
the easy way to roll back your server from experimental is to delete the steam apps folder in the root 7dtd server folder that will also replace the serverconfig.xml. make a copy!!
just a heads up to deal with it now..
but if you are running a stable and experimental then you should be running 1...
as i said you just put it in ur mods folder on the server that's it.
download the bcmanager off github
then open the zip and you will have a folder called BCManger just copy that to your servers mod folder
then start the server an play :)
